Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work remotely or on site?
Based in Stuttgart, working remotely across Germany. In-person meetings in Stuttgart are possible by arrangement and are often useful for workshops and project kick-offs.
Do you also work with agencies and staffing providers?
Yes. I have experience both working directly with end clients and in brokered projects, including enterprise environments and their processes.
Can you join an existing team?
Yes, that's routine for me, whether Scrum, Kanban or pragmatic hybrids. I also take ownership of subsystems within larger teams.
How does billing work?
Depending on the project, on a daily-rate basis or as a fixed-price package with a defined scope. We'll discuss terms in the intro call.
How soon can you start?
That depends on current capacity, so it's best to just ask. For consulting and workshops, short-notice slots are usually available.
